The third-party providers we rely on to deliver the Canapii platform, and what each one is used for.

We only share data with sub-processors that meet our security standards. Each is reviewed before engagement.

Where you use your own Stripe or Zoom account for payments or streaming, hosting is determined by your own account configuration.

AI processing

Several Canapii features use AI providers to process event content: live translation, transcription of sessions, AI-assisted content generation in the organiser console, and AI-assisted analytics. Where you enable these features, the relevant content is sent to the sub-processors listed above and returned as output.

Machine translation is processed within the EU. Transcription, synthesised voice and AI content generation are processed in the United States. AI features can be disabled at session level on request.
