The new Message Center feature in the Master Console provides Customer Success Managers with a unified interface to manage all event-related communications, including session Q&A, FAQ submissions, support requests, and email messages.

Key capabilities

Users can now:

  • View all messages in one centralized inbox

  • Assign and filter communications by event, type, or CSM

  • Tag messages for streamlined organization

  • Sync emails via Zapier for integration with Outlook

  • Track progress across three statuses: Open, In Progress, Resolved
